Contact Us
Questions about a stone, a parcel, or an order are all welcome. If you tell us what you are making, we can usually point you at the right material faster than browsing will.
Call us
Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am to 5pm German time (CET/CEST). Outside those hours, email is the fastest way to reach us.

By appointment, so we can have the right trays ready for you.
Asking about a specific stone
Send us the product name or the reference code from the listing. Nearly everything we sell is a single specimen, so once a stone is gone we cannot repeat it, but we can almost always find something close and tell you honestly how it differs.
Useful things to include:
- The carat weight or millimetre size you need
- Whether you want one stone or a matched pair
- Whether you need a single specimen or a parcel of several
- Any colour you are trying to match
Trade and wholesale
We supply jewellery manufacturers, designers and retailers in Germany, Switzerland, France and the United States. If you are buying for a business, say so in your first message and we will discuss quantities, repeat availability and terms directly.
Meeting us at a fair
A good deal of our business still happens across a table. Colour shifts under different light and a cabochon's flash does not survive a photograph, so if you are attending a fair we are at, come and look at the material in person. Email us and we will tell you where we will be next.
Orders and deliveries
For a question about an existing order, include your order number and we will look it up. Our shipping policy and refund policy set out delivery times and returns in full.
